Who are we?
Community Outreach is a care service that provides care for those who are unable to leave their homes or care homes through age, illness or disability.
We can assist in your basic day to day needs or more complex needs. Our care workers are trained and qualified to look after and treat vulnerable people with the support they need, so that our clients feel safe and at ease.
we are a private service provider which understands that the people we care for want to retain a strong sense of independence and to feel safe in their own homes. we are here to cater to this need, designing packages to suit all.
we are a community oriented organisation carrying a strong ethos of community. We recognise it needs a community to build and support a diverse community and believe in the principles of Equality, diversity and inclusion ( EDI)

We complete a robust recruitment process to ensure our staff team are DBS checked, have the right character and personality as well as knowledge base to work with our clients

The experience of our care staff is recognised through Continuous Professional Development and recognised qualifications. Our clients observe the experiences of our team through their interaction with our staff and in the main giving positive feedback.
